I have been writing since high school if not before. I am a retired nurse (RN) and Cardiology was my specialty.  When I retired, volunteer work kept me busy.  I enjoyed being a speaker for the Arthritis Foundation, water aerobic instructor, and a puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence (CCI).  My longstanding relationship with dogs has evolved to dog sitting in my home.  I am so fortunate to be with dogs all day and write; my two passions.  Carol V.
